Affidavit-of-service filed today is kept on record. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that there is unauthorised construction at Dag No. 1673 within the area of Memari Municipality. 3. However, such fact is disputed by learned counsel for the private respondent. 4. The municipal authorities are represented by its learned counsel. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the authorities of the Memari Municipality are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated June 25, 2025 being Annexure-P1 to the writ petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order upon hearing all the parties and by passing a reasoned order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and the municipal authorities 2 shall consider all aspects of the matter during the hearing. 7. The parties shall be at liberty to produce the relevant documents during the hearing before the municipal authorities. 8. WPA 26133 of 2025 is disposed of. 9. There will be no order as to costs. 10. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (Sandip Kumar De, J.)
