The instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner - Kallu S/o Shri Moolchand, aged about 50 years, arrested in connection with FIR No.177/2025 dated 26.11.2025, Police Station Janoothar, District Deeg, for the offences under Sections 318(4), 316(2) & 61 (2) of B.N.S., 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and he is behind the bars since 28.01.2026. There is no justification in lodging the FIR and the complete allegations are false and baseless. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate. Therefore, he prayed that the accused petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. [2026:RJ-JP:11022] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3123/2026] 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case, the fact that the allegations as levelled are triable by Magistrate, the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and without commenting upon the merits or demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to grant bail to the accused-petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Kallu S/o Shri Moolchand, shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.177/2025 dated 26.11.2025, Police Station Janoothar, District Deeg, provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial. The petitioner is further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse the liberty. It is made clear that the observation as made by this Court in the bail application will not affect the trial of the case. (RAVI CHIRANIA),J PAYAL DHAWAN /71
