1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.
2. Heard.
3. During the course of hearing, the parties agreed that the respondent no. 3 may be
directed to decide the representation dated 22.01.2026 in accordance with law within stipulated time and during the course of hearing, he shall hear the parties going to be affected.
4. In view of consensus arrived at, this PIL is
disposed of with following directions:
2 i) The petitioners shall re-submit the representation dated 22.01.2026 (Page-84 of the writ petition) along with server copy of this order before respondent no. 3. ii) In turn, respondent no. 3 shall consider and decide the said representation after hearing the petitioners, the private respondents and any other person, who is likely to be affected. iii) The said authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking
order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within 90 days from the date of production of copy of this
order. iv) The outcome shall be communicated to the parties.
5. The writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties
3 expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
