In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondent - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010613412026 NC: 2026:KHC:48463 WP No. 27859 of 2026 No.2 to consider the representation at Annexure-C in the light of the order of grant dated 22.11.2002 at Annexure-A. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon careful consideration of the representation dated 01.07.2026 at Annexure-C, it is evident that the land in question has been granted in favour of the petitioner. 5. In view of the same, taking into consideration the averments made in the representation at Annexure-C, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the said representation submitted by the petitioner, within an outer limit of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
