Joint compromise petition has been filed before this Court by both the petitioners. 2. Opposite parties are represented. 3. On behalf of the State learned advocate representing Mr. Ronojoy Chatterjee and Ms. Jayashree Patra submits a report which reflects that the proceedings have been settled by mutual discussion and the complainant has decided not to proceed with the above mentioned case. 2 4. Report has been submitted in CRR 2767 of 2026 which reflects that the Malipanchghora P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 dated 17.11.2020 under Sections 341/323/325/354B/506/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Malipanchghora P.S. Case No. 185 dated 17.11.2020 under Sections 348/323/325/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been settled between the parties to that extent to that report has been placed by the concerned Inspector- in-charge of Malipanchghora Police Station. 5. Let the report be kept with the record. 6. In view of the facts and circumstances there is no reason to allow the proceeding to continue further as it would yield no result, hence the revisional applications stands disposed of. Proceeding pending before the learned Court is hereby quashed against the petitioner. 7.
