Mobin Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No.19 of 2024. It has been alleged that some persons were planning to commit dacoity. A raid was conducted near Latehar, Railway Station and 10 persons were apprehended with arms and ammunition. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he seems to have been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused persons. Several accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 11 of 2025, B.A No.9407 of 2025, B.A. No. 692 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2025. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S.
