POONACHA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petition has filed a memo dated 10.09.2026 for disposal, which reads as under: "MEMO FILED BY THE PETITIONER FOR DISPOSAL OF THE WRIT PETITION The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner craves the leave of this Hon'ble Court to submit as follows: 1) In WP No. 21548/2025 (GM-PASS), by way of an order dated 06.08.2025, this Hon'ble Court granted liberty to the Petitioner to make an application in CC No. 58/2012 before the Hon'ble III Addl. Civil Judge & JMFC, Anekal [Trial Court] for permission to travel abroad during pendency of said proceedings. 2) Accordingly, an application was made in Crl. Misc. No. 1838/2025 before the Trial Court on 14.10.2025. However, due to inadvertence, the same was made invoking incorrect provisions and seeking incorrect reliefs. The said application was rejected by way of an order dated 11.11.2025 by the Trial Court [Annexure - A to the WP] [Impugned Order]. WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Memo may be taken on record and the captioned Petition be disposed of accordingly, in the interest of justice.
