Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset, submitted that petitioners would be satisfied, in case, they are granted liberty to file representations for redressal of their grievances. 2. Learned counsel relies upon the order passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in S. B. Civil Writ [2026:RJ-JP:13677] (2 of 2) [CW-5629/2026] Petition No. 3400/2026 (Ashish Palawant versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.). 3. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners, to file representations before the Competent Authority, who shall decide the same within a period of 60 days. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 6.
