Sri Gangisetty Rajeswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Agricultural Market Committees, brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein filed the present writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in not renewing the licence as a Commission Agent and also questioning G.O.Ms.No.57. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that the said G.O. was challenged in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.11369 of 2023 and batch, and the same were dismissed by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide common order dated 09.03.2026, in view of the fact that G.O.Ms.No.57 stood superseded by G.O.Ms.No.85, which subsequently came into force. 3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
