The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order bearing No SeEi 119.CSR 2022 Bengaluru dated 15.3.2024 passed by the Respondent No.1- State Government vide Annexure-s arbitrary, illegal and void, as - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010342322024 NC: 2026:KHC:49159 WP No. 16402 of 2024 b) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the communication / Order dated 16.05.2024 bearing No. YuuNeeHaa /Sangha /Oo.Sangha.Bhe /02 /2023-24 passed by the 5th respondent vide ANNEXURE-Y as arbitarary, illegal and void; c) Declare the action taken on 20.5.2024 by the respondents No.5 and others in breaking open the lock of the premises illegally which would in violation of the interim order dated 9.2.2023 and the final order dated 13.9.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Court in WP No. 2419/2023 vide Annexure – G as arbitrary illegal and void. d) Pass any other incidental and consequential order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Sri Chandrakanth R.Goulay, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners would not be pressing this petition and they admit and consent to the appointment of an administrator and their only contention is that the elections are to be held at the earliest. 3.
