The petitioners had filed I.A.No.982 of 2022 in O.S.No.52 of 2011 on the file of II Additional District Court, Pondicherry, seeking to implead themselves as party defendants in this suit. Since the said interlocutory application is still pending, the petitioners have filed this civil revision petition. 3. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.982 of 2022 in O.S.No.52 of 2011 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
