For Petitioner(s): M/s.G.Pavendhan For Respondent(s): Mr. M.Guruprasad Government's Council Order This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to pass order on the petitioner’s representation dated 25.05.2026 and to issue patta in old Survey No.1069A8A, New Survey No.1292/ 2025 situated at Dharma Reddy Street, Sholinghur to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner’s representation dated 25.05.2026 and to consider the report dated 31.01.2024 of the Village Administrative Officer, Sholinghur Village under Makkalin Madhalvar petition No.REV/ RPT/ I/ MMC/ 04/ JAN24/ 7244946. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 25.05.2026 seeking for an issuance of patta in her __________ Page2 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 22605 of 2026 favour for the property comprised in old Survey No.1069A8A, New Survey No.1292/ 2025 situated at Dharma Reddy Street, Sholinghur village, Sholinghur Taluk, Ranipet District and to consider the report dated 31.01.2024 of the Village Administrative Officer, Sholinghur Village. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government’s Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation dated 25.05.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government’s Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 4rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 25.05.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other parties concerned, if any, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. __________ Page3 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 22605 of 2026 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
