Case No. 16 of 2024. It has been alleged that the petitioner and one Rajesh Mardi are said to have committed assault upon the brother of the informant which resulted in his death during treatment. It appears that the murder weapon was recovered on the confession of the petitioner and co-accused which finds place from paragraph-10 of the case diary.
