JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER 01.04.2026 Heard Mr. A. Mannaf, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. K. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the respondent. It appears that vide order, dated 11.02.2026; the matter was referred to the Gauhati High Court Medication Centre for mediation and accordingly, the mediator has filed one report, on 09.03.2026; and in terms of the said report, the parties have arrived at a settlement before the mediator and they have also executed an agreement and the same is enclosed with the report of the mediator. It is submitted at the Bar that since the matter has been settled in the mediation centre, this petition may be closed and both the parties may be directed to appear before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Kamrup (M), at Guwahati; which has been fixed on 22.04.2026, for receiving further direction, in terms of the agreement, dated 09.03.2026. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, this transfer petition stands closed, directing the parties to appear before the learned Court below to receive further instruction in terms of the agreement, dated 09.03.2026. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
