This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging willful non-compliance of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 5211/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Education Officer, Ambikapur, District – Sarguja has not decided the application of the petitioner as directed in the order dated 08.10.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents appears on instructions and would submit that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with and 2 the decision on the representation/application of the petitioner is rejected and it is intimated to the petitioner vide letter dated 26.02.2026. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the letter dated 26.02.2026 which is the decision has not been received by the petitioner. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the Respondent submits that he will again forward the soft copy of the order dated 26.02.2025 to the petitioner as also, to his counsel. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order dated 08.10.2025. 7. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for respective parties and the letter dated 26.02.2026 placed before this Court for perusal showing that representation/application submitted by the petitioner has been considered and rejected, this contempt petition is disposed of.
