The learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Endorsement dated 07.07.2026 issued by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-G.
3. Heard Sri. C.M. Nagabhushana,
learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Sharada, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State.
4. The
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, referring to the impugned endorsement dated 07.07.2026 at Annexure-G passed by respondent No.2, submits that the rights of the parties are yet to be crystallized in R.S.A. No.707 of 2024, which is pending
consideration before this Court. It is further submitted

that, if any survey is being conducted in respect of the schedule property, the same would affect the rights of the parties. Hence, the
learned counsel seeks interference by this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Advocate, however, submits that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal challenging the impugned Endorsement under the provisions of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.
6. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute that R.S.A. No.707 of 2024 is pending
consideration before this Court.
7. In view of the same, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that, as the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal challenging the impugned

Endorsement dated 07.07.2026 at Annexure-G before the competent authority, no interference is called for in the present writ petition.
8. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
9. Until then, there shall be an interim stay of the operation of the Endorsement dated 07.07.2026 at Annexure-G passed by respondent No.2.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and liberty. Sd/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE
