The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Declare that the action of the respondents in attempting to remove the names of the petitioners from the eligible voter list of 2446 approved by the DRCS and the returning officer so and a is arbitrary illegal and void. b) Declare that the petitioner are legally registered members of the sangha they having been admitted as members after accepting the membership fees and issued them membership certificate including the ID card and the same having been approved by the DRCS as well as the returning officer. c) Pass any other inciderital and consequential order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The above writ petition had been filed on the apprehension that the respondents would remove the petitioners from the eligible voters list of 2446 - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010335022024 NC: 2026:KHC:49158 WP No. 16332 of 2024 approved by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society. 3. Learned AGA on instructions submits that the petitioners have not been removed from the electoral roll and the electoral roll consists of 2446 members. 4. In that view of the matter, the apprehension on part of the petitioners not being well founded, no reliefs are required to be granted. 5.
