JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER Sri Chowdareddy T.M., learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. None appears for the respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner files a memo along with that demand draft in a sum of Rs.75,000/- drawn in the name of the Trial Court. Same is taken on record. 3. For payment of balance amount, he seeks two installments by filing another memo which reads as under: “The above named petitioner respectfully submits that, the total fine amount is Rs.3,40,000/- out of which the petitioner already deposited a sum of Rs.1,19,000/- court below. Balance Rs.2,21,000/- - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22377 CRL.RP No. 1107 of 2018 out of which (a)today depositing Rs.75,000/- (seventy five thousand) (b) balance of Rs.1,46,000/- will be deposited in two equal instalments. i) On 20.05.2026 Rs.73,000/-. ii) On 01.07.2026 Rs.73,000/-. Wherefore, the petitioner respectfully prays that the memo may kindly be taken on record and prays to close the above petition in view of the satisfaction of the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.1361/2015 dated 12.07.2018 before Court below. Hence memo may be taken on record for the ends of justice.” 4. Placing the memos on record, revision petition stands disposed of. 5. Original demand draft is directed to be transmitted to the concerned Trial Court. 6. The amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification. 7.
