ORAL ORDER
After hearing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo and seeks to withdraw the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 to 5 would submit that they are entitled to the pension as they are the children of the 1st wife.
3. The petitioner is the 2nd wife and do not intend to press the petition. Accordingly, the matter does not call for adjudication. It is observed that the legal heirs of the deceased Jayarama Reddy may approach the employer and make out their rights for entitlement to superannuation benefits, which may be considered as per law.
4. Taking note that the petition is of year 2016, respondent No.2 to consider claims of the legal representatives, if made within one (1) month from today

and dispose of the same by passing appropriate orders within three (3) months thereafter.
5. Needless to state, the legal heirs are required to substantiate their relationship with the deceased and entitlement, by producing necessary records.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
