Mr. Nikhil Kumar Gupta Mr. Shibnath Ganguly …for the petitioner After some argument, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a direction be passed upon the learned Judge, Small Causes Court at Sealdah to dispose of the Title Suit no. 29 of 2013, expeditiously. From the order sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that 28th August, 2026 was fixed for peremptory hearing of the suit. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, Small Cause Court at Sealdah to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 29 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without grating any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
