Hence, the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail. He further submitted that the petitioner was not involved in any of the offences and no recovery was effected from him, and the charge sheet has already been filed. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the second anticipatory bail application and submitted that 590 kgs of ganja was recovered from the petitioner and that there is no change in circumstances in the present application. 5.
