The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner for his non-appearance before the trial court on 17.07.2019 in C.C. This Court cannot delve into such factual aspects; moreover, it is well-settled that anticipatory bail cannot be granted for the non-appearance of an accused before the trial court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned trial Court by filing an appropriate application.
