JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 25.05.2023 passed on an application filed under Section 37 of the Special Marriage Act in M.C.No.4738/2019 by the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Family Court had granted an interim order of maintenance. 2. During the pendency of this case, the matter was referred to mediation, and a memorandum of settlement is placed before this Court stating that the parties have settled their disputes subject to the fulfillment of certain terms and conditions. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i. The Family Court shall pass appropriate orders based on the memorandum of settlement. ii.
