We are informed that the validity of G.R. was tested before this Court at Aurangabad Bench in the case of Ashok Vijay Birari Vs. State of Maharashtra and ors. [2025 SCC OnLine Bom 1077]. The Division Bench was pleased to upheld the validity of G.R. That being so, the challenge will be unsustainable. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
