Learned counsel for the petitioner made an attempt to re-argue the merits already considered by this Court. Learned counsel solicit the attention of this Court to a reference made as well as the findings made and would submit that the findings are running contrary to the principles laid down. Such an argument need not be entertained in review proceedings. All the grounds raised in the appeal need not be considered in review application. Scope of review is limited. Only in the event of an error apparent, a review petition is maintainable.
