Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that witnesses CW1 to CW4, who are the members of the same family, have not appeared before the Court despite several summons having been issued. 3. It is further submitted that the steps are taken for issuing proclamation and there is not much of progress in the matter. Under the circumstances, it is submitted that an appropriate direction has to be issued to the respondent No.1- State to take necessary steps expeditiously.
