The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2025, registered under Sections 109(1),3(5) of the B.N.S. Act, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that for the same incident, two FIRs have been registered and in the later FIR, the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail. He also submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and the recovery is there in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No.205 of 2025. He next submits that Rohit Kumar Jha, who is the co-accused, has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.387 of 2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that that there are allegations of firing. 2026:JHHC:3039 2 5. Considering that for the same incident, two FIRs have been registered and the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail and the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.387 of 2026, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
