Affidavit-of-service filed today is kept on record. 2. In the writ petition, prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of B.T. Appeal No. 130 of 2022 pending before the Municipal Building Tribunal, Kolkata filed at the instance of the private respondent. 3. Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as for the private respondent. 4. Despite service, none appears for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. 5. Considering the materials on record, it appears that the appeal before the Municipal Building Tribunal is pending for long and at present, the Tribunal is functioning. 6. In the circumstances, I request the Chairman of the Municipal Building Tribunal to take appropriate steps for expeditious disposal of B.T. Appeal No. 130 of 2022 pending before the Municipal Building Tribunal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period 2 of three months from the date of communication of this order. 7. WPA 27571 of 2025 is disposed of. 8. There will be no order as to costs. 9.
