The learned Government Pleader has taken instructions and has shown to us a copy of the communication dated 10.09.2026 received by him from the Officer-in-Charge, Usthi Police Station, Diamond Harbour PD, South 24 Parganas. Copy of the said written instruction, is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification. 2. We have gone through the same. The same has also been perused by the learned advocate for the Petitioner. 3. In view of the above, we expressed our disinclination to entertain this Petition. 4. Learned advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 5. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. 6. Before parting with this matter, we draw the attention of the learned advocate appearing for the Petitioner to certain objectionable word used in the memo of the Petition, with a cautionary note to the Petitioner, not to make baseless and reckless allegations against unknown women alleging that they are indulging in immortal activities. 7. We also direct the Petitioner that henceforth, in no Petition, the words that are used in paragraph 6 of this Petition, should be used in the Memo of the Petition or in the open Court. 8.
