The learned counsel for the applicant admits the fact that the material witnesses are yet not examined. Under such circumstances, I am of the considered opinion that when this Court has already shown its disinclination to grant bail and, since no material witnesses are examined, I decline to entertain the present application, and accordingly, the same is rejected.
