Though there are altogether four petitioners, the petitioner No. 1 and 2 are the brother and sister and the petitioner No. 3 and 4 are not related to each other. Accordingly, with regard to the petitioner Nos. 3 and 4, this Court has not passed any order and the petitioners are given liberty to file afresh, if so advised. 2. As regards the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from date. 3.
