GP FOR HOUSING 3 The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to Respondents not to dispossess the writ petitioner from the house site admeasuring 0.05 cents in Sy.No.590, situated at Kallur village and Mandal, Kurnool District, without issuing any notice and without following the due process of Law. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the Housing Corporation has submitted the Written Instructions bearing Rc.No.225/2025/AM (Admn) Dt. 25.06.2026 furnished by the District Head/Project Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Ltd., Kurnool. The same is supplied to the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner. 3. The written instructions would clearly indicate that the petitioner is not in possession of the property and the entire property was under occupation of Government institutions. On query by this Court, learned counsel for the writ petitioner confirms this position and not disputed the contention of the Respondents. Considering the submissions of learned counsel, this Court opines that no cause survives in this Writ Petition and it becomes infructuous. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 5.
