It has been alleged that extortion money was demanded from the informant and the miscreants had also fired at his residence. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on his self-confession rendered in Khunti P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2025. Although the learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. at Ranchi in connection with Dhurwa (Hatia) PS Case No. 159/2025.
