2. This petition is filed to quash the complaint dated 14.07.2026 and the FIR No.231/2026 registered before the Indiranagar Police Station. The second respondent has made an allegation that the petitioner, on the pretext of marriage had sexual intercourse with the complainant.

4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that so far no medical records are produced by the complainant to substantiate her contention. Thus, would contend that the proceedings has to be quashed.
5. The Court is of the view that merely because the medical records have not been produced, that cannot be a ground to quash the complaint and to stall the investigation. The matter requires to be investigated and if the contents of the complaint are found to be true, it would amount to an offence.
6. The petition is dismissed without reflecting anything on the merits of the complaint.
7. All contentions are kept open.
