Accordingly, petitioner is given liberty to file a detailed application to the District Election Officer within a period of two week from date and if any representation is made by the petitioner to the District Election Officer, the District Election Officer shall consider the representation of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 3.
