Ms.M.Rosemiya for M/s.Murali Law Firm, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the Criminal Revision Case. 3. After perusal of the grounds mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this court is also satisfied that the reason for condonation of delay appears to be convincing and justified.
