Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the amount, in terms of the instructions, stands released in favour of the petitioner, but he submitted that the petitioner is also entitled for the interest, in terms of the judgment of this Court in CWP No. 9033 of 2014, titled Mukesh Kumari & Ors.
