The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for release of the petitioner’s General Provident Fund (GPF) amount. 2) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4, on instructions, submits that the State Government has forwarded the petitioner’s GPF claim to respondent No. 4 on 07.10.2026.
