This petition is filed by the State with a prayer to set aside the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, D.K, Mangaluru in Crl.Misc.No.224 of 2026, granting anticipatory bail to the respondent in Crime No.14 of 2026 registered by Konaje Police Station, Mangaluru for offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(A), 22(b) and 22(c) of NDPS Act, 1985. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that after the order impugned was passed, the respondent had filed a regular bail application before the Trial Court and the same has been allowed on 14.08.2026. Therefore, this petition filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail will not survive for consideration. 3.
