Heard the parties. 2. By filing this application, the petitioner prays for cancellation of anticipatory bail, which was granted vide order dated 28.07.2017 in A.B.A No.3136 of 2016. 3. Primarily the case is under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. 4. The ground taken for cancellation of the anticipatory bail by the petitioner is that the opposite party No.2 was directed to furnish documents showing payment of arrears of maintenance to the petitioner and further there was a direction that he should go paying a monthly maintenance also. 5. The case of the petitioner is that the opposite party No.2 paid the arrears and also one month maintenance but thereafter failed to pay the regular maintenance. 6. The ground taken by the petitioner is not at all a feasible ground to cancel the anticipatory bail of the opposite party No.2. Thus, this petition is dismissed.
