Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 07.06.2025, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Telco P.S. Case No.51 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 310(4)/ (5), 111(2)(b)/ (3)/ (4) of the BNS,2023 and Sections 25(1-B) (a)/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act. 3. From perusal of the record, it appears that earlier the prayer for bail of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 26.09.2025, passed in B.A. No.8844 of 2025. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that it is a case of preparation of dacoity. From the possession of the applicant, only pepper spray has been recovered and further, no criminal antecedent has been reported against this applicant. It has further been submitted that the investigation is complete and the case is pending at the stage of supply of police paper. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail . - 1 - B.A. No.10015 of 2025 2026:JHHC:2451 6. Considering the above fact, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Telco P.S. Case No.51 of 2025, on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
