The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the preliminary decree, the petitioner is entitled to share in the subject property therefore, his name to be included in the joint patta. Based on the preliminary decree, the petitioner made a representation dated 09.08.2025 for issuance of joint patta along with the other persons, who are entitled to share. However, the same is not considered, the present writ petition is filed. 3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that in the event the petitioner’s representation is for issuance of joint patta, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 4.
