He further submits that according to his instructions, in view of application submitted by complainant on 13.08.2026, police will not take any action on the complaint submitted by the complainant, now. 2. In the aforementioned facts of the case, in the opinion of this Court, there is no apprehension of arrest of applicant. 3. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
