HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5798/2026 Dr Shubha Sharma W/o Rahul Maheshwari D/o Ramesh Sharma, Aged About 49 Years, R/o 106, Anukampa Tulip Mahal Road Jagatpura, Jaipur (Raj.). ----Petitioner Versus 1. The Management Committee Vedanta Foundation, Through Its President, Office No. G1, Morvi House, 28/30, Goa Street, Ballard Estate, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400001. 2. The Management Committee Vedanta P.g. Girls College, Through Its Chief Executive Officer, Vedanta P.g. Girls College Reengus, Sikar (Raj.). 3. The Commissioner, College Education, Government Of Rajasthan, Jaipur. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Akshit Gupta on behalf of Mr. Kamlesh Sharma. For Respondent(s) : -- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MUNNURI LAXMAN Order 06/04/2026 1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the termination order dated 20.12.2025 (Annex.9). 2. Admittedly, the petitioner has already approached the competent Tribunal which is the appellate authority challenging the impugned termination order. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that when this writ petition was filed, the post of Chairman was lying vacant in the concerned Tribunal, as such, the present writ petition was filed. It is also his (2 of 2) [CW-5798/2026] submission that now the post of Chairman in the concerned Tribunal has been filled-in, therefore, he seeks disposal of the present writ petition with appropriate directions. 4. In view of the changed circumstances and pendency of the appeal with interim stay application before the concerned Tribunal, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition. 5. In the result, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Tribunal concerned to dispose the interim stay application filed along with the appeal challenging the impugned termination order, within a reasonable period of time.
