The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gidour P.S. Case No. 82/2025 registered under sections 303(2)/317(5)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and section 21 of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, Rule 54 of Jharkhand Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2004 and under Rule 13 of JMPIMT & Storage Rule, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are owner of different tractors and allegations are made that 100 cft sand on each tractor was loaded. He next submits that drivers of the said tractors have been apprehended on the spot and they have been granted regular bail. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that illegally the sand was being carried on the said tractors. 5. Considering that petitioners are owner of the different tractors and it has been pointed out that drivers of the said tractors have been granted regular bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. ( 2026:JHHC:1032 ) Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Chatra, in connection with Gidour P.S.
