This is an application filed for extension of time to deposit compensation amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2026. 2. Mr. Malnas, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the cheque for the aforesaid amount was deposited with the Registry of this Court. However, since there was ‘Advice not received’, the cheque submitted by the applicant was returned with a written memo. Hence, prays for extension of time granted by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2026 to deposit the compensation amount within a further reasonable period. 3. Time as prayed for is extended by period of two weeks. The registry is directed to again present the cheque. 4.
