Petitioner is before this Court to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.1011/2026 pending before JMFC, Nelamangala for the alleged offences under Sections 419, 420, 421, 464, 468, 471, 472, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'). 4. The Court is of the view that in case the learned counsel for the petitioner would submi0t that there are no materials against the petitioner either to register a complaint or to file a charge sheet or to frame charge, it is further submission that there are no grounds to take cognizance against the petitioner. The time spent in prosecuting this petition from 28.07.2026 till this date has to be excluded in computing the limitation. 8. Registry to return the documents to the petitioner after retaining the xerox copies of the original.
