This review application arises for reconsideration of order dated 2nd July, 2026 passed in WPA 4297 of 2026. 2. The applicant-petitioner contends that previously while disposing of the writ petition, liberty was granted to the petitioner to submit application seeking inter-district transfer through Utsashree portal. However, the said portal is inoperative and for that reason the applicant- petitioner could not submit her application. Hence the applicant-petitioner is constrained to file this application seeking for recalling/modification of the order dated 2nd July, 2026. 3. It is informed by the learned Advocates for the State, Board and respective Councils that the Utsashree portal is presently functional and operational. 2 4. To this, Mr. Surojit Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the applicant-petitioner submits that the Utsashree portal is not functional as yet. He seeks that the aforesaid order passed in the writ petition be modified directing the Board to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27th January,, 2026 seeking for transfer on distance and self-medical ground. 5. In view of the above conspectus, the order dated 2nd July, 2026 is modified to the extent that in the event the applicant-petitioner is unable to submit such application through Utsashree portal, the respondent No.4, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall consider the representation of the applicant-petitioner dated 27th January, 2026 and dispose of the same, upon giving notice to the applicant-petitioner, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the applicant-petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order. 7. The respondent No.4, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall be at liberty to seek for medical examination of the petitioner before considering the representation of the applicant- petitioner. 8. Learned advocate for the applicant-petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent 3 No.4, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, for necessary compliance. 9. Accordingly, the review application being R.V.W. 205 of 2026 along with CAN 2 of 2026 stands disposed of. 10. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 11. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 12. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 13. There shall be no order as to costs. 14. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 15. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
