2. In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the
order dated 10th January, 2025 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.1 in Case No.R.P.83/2023 and order dated 15th March, 2023 (Annexure-B) passed by the respondent No.2 in Case No.R.MISC-380/2016.
3. Heard Sri. Vishnu Sharma B.V., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Aditya Diwakara, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful perusal of the impugned order, it is forthcoming that the mutation in respect of the property in question has been changed in favour of the respondents 5 herein based on the registered Gift Deed dated 28th May,
1988. In that view of the matter, as the mutation has been changed based on the registered instrument, if the petitioner is having any grievance, he shall approach the competent Civil Court and to establish his right over the property in question. Therefore, I do not find any

perversity in the impugned orders passed by the respondent-Authorities. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
