In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28th July, 2026 (Annexure-A) for transfer of revenue entries of the property in question in her favour. 3. Heard Sri. Parameshwarappa M.V., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Aditya Diwakara, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner herself is aged about 88 years and claiming right over the property in question in terms of the genealogical tree (family tree) produced at Annexure-G). On perusal of the genealogical tree, I am of the view that the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010558252026 NC: 2026:KHC:48446 WP NO.25485 OF 2026 petitioner is required to establish her right over the property in question before the competent Civil Court and thereafter, seek for change of revenue entries in respect of the property in question.
